We’re all tired of Death by PowerPoint, endless conferences, and dull, unsuccessful meetings. It’s time for the power of visualization.

Our bikablo bildwerk Visual Meeting Facilitators accompany the development of your teams, processes, and products with their pen. They support the meeting facilitator (moderator) and expand the dialogue by adding a dimension that is meaningful and effective, while appealing to all senses. In this way, preconceived assumptions turn into to a participatory solution-finding process.

We take care of recording the final results – capturing ideas, questions, and proposed solutions in a structured way – and then make them tangible through illustration. We introduce visual methods and creative techniques to access the organizational know-how of all participants. And in a very short amount of time, we teach the participants how to visualize, inspiring creative small group work.

Dialogue mapping

In close collaboration with the facilitator/moderator, the Visual Meeting Facilitator secures the ideas, thoughts, questions, and contributions from the group and actively feeds these back as part of the dialogue process.

Prototype and idea scribbles
