Hiromi had been a Design Thinking coach and a practitioner since 2013, using visualization as part of her facilitation style. Through her journey, she became to believe that design mindset and visualization is something you can acquire and cultivate without any naturally born artistic skills. She also believes that visualization helps to create a more open atmosphere where creative discussion can happen.
She likes to share her experience in her trainings, as a speaker at conferences and a writer of a web magazine.
During off time, she enjoys music and travels.
Hiromi conducts bikablo visual facilitation training sessions mainly in Tokyo and Chiba. She will be happy to run trainings other locations in Japan, as well as running in-house course for organizations.
