Alexandra Oporto is a Psychologist, MBA, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Agile Team Facilitator (ICP – ATF). She has held different positions in Human Resources for private organizations and worked with Project Teams.
As a Visual Facilitator, Alexandra combines Visual Thinking with psychoanalytic theory. She helps people to discover their inner capacities and she strongly believes that the use of images and words helps to create an emotional connection between people.
She is a big “art lover“, enjoys traveling, loves meeting new cultures and has interest in social work. In 2018, Alexandra was the first bikablo trainer in South America.
Christian Harmsen is a Business Administrator, Agile Team Facilitator (ICP – ATF), Lego Serious Play and Liberating Structures Facilitator. He has held different positions in the Logistic department for private organizations.
As a Visual Facilitator, Christian likes to integrate visuals, storytelling and pastel chalks.
He is a Space, Astrology, Biology, Science and Nature fan. He enjoys visiting museums and interesting places. In 2019 he joined the Bikablo Global Trainers team.
Via Nave Lab, Alexandra and Christian conduct the Basic and Advanced bikablo® visual training in Peru as well as countries around, helping organizations and teams to develop their self-knowledge, communications capacities and soft skills for creating better organizational spaces. They will be more than happy to meet you and your peers for an inhouse session or in their open training, live or online.
