Why use visuals in your coaching process?
We understand the importance of helping your client achieve their goals and reach their full potential. In today’s fast-paced business environment, communicating and collaborating effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders can be challenging. We want to make it easier.
Clients can be distracted and overwhelmed by all the information, ideas, and emotions they face everyday. Visualization can be an effective tool to make ideas and information visible so that your clients gain awareness of their context and can see how ideas and concepts are related.
Why take a bikablo training course?
Earn Continuing Coach Education Units
By participating in one of our bikablo basics courses, you can earn CCEUs. Our 2-day basics course is eligible for 4 core CCEUs and 10 resource CCEUs. Out of the many courses you can choose from to earn CCEU’s, why choose bikablo? Because as pioneers in visualization (with more than 20 years of experience), we’ve seen first hand how visuals can be used in a variety of different facilitated conversation (including coaching) to create clarity and achieve better outcomes.
bikablo is a business partner of the German ICF chapter. The bikablo team is composed of diverse set of professionals including certified ICF coaches, educators, and professional facilitators. Our courses are developed collaboratively and are continually updated to reflect the changing needs of participants. Our courses are hands-on, skills based, and reflect the principles of experiential learning which allow you to apply your skills immediately after completing a training. We have trainers around the world and offer our basics course in 12 different languages.

Stand out from all the other coaches
There are a lot of coaches out in the world, but how many do you know that use visuals? Visuals not only separate you from the crowd, they are also an effective coaching tool that can create a unique, and memorable experience for your clients.
Visuals don’t change your coaching, they enhance it. By using Visual Facilitation techniques you can quickly capture meaningful information shared by your clients and have an artefact at the end of each conversation that your client can walk away with. Once you learn our technique, you can develop your own customized templates based on the coaching processes you use consistently. This makes it easier to document and creates meaningful artefacts that your clients will reference again and again because of their simplicity and memorability.
