Elena Urizar & David Pérez

David Pérez is Technical Engineer in Computer Science, PG Strategic Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and holds the Green Belt Six Sigma certification, also he is specialist in team coaching and systemic leadership. He has acquired global knowledge and skills related to software development, agile project management and team management. His main contribution is to transform the ways of working helping organizations on the implementation of agile methodologies in order to create an efficient culture in a healthy, sustainable and profitable way.

Elena Urizar is BA in Fine Arts and MA in Corporate Communication, expert in Nutrition and Dietetics Planning and is certified in Relational Coaching. As a child dreamt about being a cartoonist. She worked as graphic designer at the Guggenheim Museum in New York and also as creative and account manager in various advertising agencies and for more than 10 years she worked as UX manager advocating the integration of this discipline as a strategic element for business development. Currently she is implementing the value of the combination of experiences as an independent professional of the visual practice and is an active part of IFVP (International Forum of Visual Practitioners).

Elena and David believe that the sum of experiences will multiply their ability to help companies and individuals to open dialogue and collaboration to propel action through the use of visualization as a tool for understanding.
