Maaike Borsboom is a passionate global certified Bikablo trainer from the Netherlands. As a trainer she adores facilitating your learning while sparking your visual thinking and creativity. Many groups with different backgrounds have been trained by her; projectleaders, scrummasters, hospital management, judges, teachers, coaches and many more. 

Visual Dialogue Maker
She is an experienced teammanager and mediator in the social work field. Nowadays Maaike Borsboom runs her own company Inksight facilitating organisations in transition. With groups and individuals she creates a space to explore complex issues in a playful manner that challenge to get clarity on the subject at hand. In this process using visualization is a crucial a tool as it helps to draw out your complex issues, helping the group look at their thoughts – literally. INKSIGHT, shape your thinking.

European Visual Practitioners
Maaike is chair and core team member of the European Visual Practitioners Association. A community of visual practitioners to encourage peers to share and learn.

Solution Focused Dialogues
At the base of her work is the method of the Solution Focused Dialogues combined with visualisation. Solution-Focused Dialogues incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps individuals and groups change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. 

In her free time, Maaike loves exploring and creating art; ink-drawings, painting, sculpturing, aswell as enjoying nature, food and good company. She looks forward meeting you.
