Visual development
As a facilitator, I create spaces of success. The pen plays an important role in this. It reveals, clarifies, questions and supports harvesting. I support on the way to the future image through my facilitation and through the use of my pen.
These skills are also part of the Visual Facilitator Curriculum, where I am a trainer in the module “Visual Meeting Facilitation”.
An image gives strength
My heart beats not only for group process but also for the development of people’s personal image of the future and their power. Together with Michaela Ruhfus and Andrea Wendt we have developed a three-day program of drawing, mindfulness techniques and good questions: The bikablo vision retreat. It supports people in finding their inner “why”, their “purpose”.
