Visualization training and graphic recording/strategic visualization

Michaela Ruhfus

Trainer, Illustrator, Graphic Recorder

Michaela has a background in the visual arts (painting, drawing, performance art) and has worked for many years in the field of organizing and campaigning. She therefore works at the interface between art, design and process support and can use this expertise at bikablo as a graphic recorder and visualization trainer.

Michaela’s approachability and openness quickly turn a group into a trusted community in which everyone feels seen and heard. She opens up spaces of possibility, provides inspiration and creativity and thus enthusiastically gets new things off the ground for people and organizations.

Wow, that a wave!

“How does a creative process work and what facilitates it? What is flow?” These questions connect my various fields of activity. I have been passing on my experience to others since 2005. I love opening up benevolent, inspiring spaces in my training sessions and enabling people to allow and explore their creativity. To dare to bring something of their own into the world and discover their individual signature.

I am delighted to be able to share my knowledge and experience of creative processes at the “Vision Retreat”, not just in theory, but in a very practical way through shared experience.

Welcome to the Flow!

Draw inner maps – Body Mapping

In my own artistic practice, the focus is on working from the HERE & NOW. Arriving in the present means being present in the body. The body and the breath are always there, and what happens in it, with it, has a massive influence on how I perceive my immediate surroundings, how I look into the future and the past and what I create in my life.

Therefore, accompanied by pencils and paint, I look into the body, describe what I find like in a cartography and explore my possibilities of movement and change.

I offer this type of guided drawing to participants in the Visual Consulting module of the curriculum and in the Vision Retreat. It enables an intensive immersion in one’s own presence, the exploration of spontaneous, intuitive line management and an active exploration and reinforcement of positive states.
