An ongoing treasure hunt
In the various activities in bikablo’s everyday life, the question always occupies me: Where can we create meaning? How do we recognize potential, and what practices can we use to lift it up? Understanding our brain, our learning and the space for conscious change are therefore ongoing research areas for me. On the one hand, this applies theoretically: When working on training concepts with Martin Haussmann, when evaluating client inquiries with my Bildwerk colleagues, or when exchanging experiences with the office or core team, excursions and joint “treasure hunts” for current research results are always part of the process.
But this is also true in practice: In bikablo’s everyday work we are in constant resonance with our colleagues and customers – we design, listen, perceive, evaluate, understand and revise. We let ourselves be inspired. And we are constantly learning. That’s why bikablo’s profile and product range are constantly changing. One of the greatest motivations for our work is that this is possible, that we can use this room for development together and that our brain, contrary to what was assumed until recently, always “grows with us”.
